To report someone who doesnt have license?

I have evidence that someone I am familiar with is driving after having their license taken away. Its made me feel uneasy and annoyed. Should I report them?

Yes. DVLA and Police I assume.

If anything happened your conscience would not be clear if you did nothing about it.

I cant find it on DVLA, only not having an MOT etc. Can report to police though. I feel so angry this person is still driving around....

What’s your thought process here ie what is making you hesitate?

From my perspective if someone isn’t permitted to drive, and is, it places others at risk of potential harm including death.

Ive done it. Reported.

Im not sure my thought process, but has taken me nearly a week to report.
I was so angry seeing the person get out the car but then I think of all the problems the person may have faced and then feel bad.
But I walked past today and the car wasnt there so I did it. I guess I think the best of people but actually cant be thinking like that

Good. If they have no licence, they have no insurance either.
