Conveyor belt sushi?

Hey. We live in south Hertfordshire and DS really wants to go to a sushi bar with a conveyor belt, so he can pick a fish he likes the look if as it goes by

Yo! Sushi don't do this anymore 😭 they just send your order to your table... He's adamant that's not what he wants.

So, can anyone recommend a sushi place?

Yo sushi still have the conveyor belt on Thursday evenings, or they did when I went recently. It was the all you can eat when they had things on the belt to pick

Check yo sushi because the ones we go to (have been recently) still have conveyor belt sushi. Only orders from menu are cooked and bought to table
