They have all ruined me!
I've come off all social media but now need to be on my phone less. Its ruined my concentration span. How can I improve this?

I'm also bored of wfh but not enough that I want to go into the office!

I have lots of friends who I see but lifes so busy. My kids are teenagers now so more independent. I work full-time, am retraining and do a lot of exercise and have a dog to walk.
I'm just bored of the same old. Maybe it's a menopause thing??

You need a holiday x

Go for a walk each day without your phone.

Just bumping again! Holiday will help but I still feel in a slump.

I'm in a similar boat. Recently deactivated my social media accounts but somehow feel like I'm still spending too much time on my phone, it's a hard habit to kick! I've started reading a book but struggling to keep at it... Trying to fill my time more with having clear outs at home, but that's going slowly, and I might get back into a hobby if I can find the motivation...
Have you tried reading or finding a new hobby? Is there any projects you can get stuck into at home? Maybe something like that will help get you out of this rut.
Im open to suggestions too 😊

Thank you. I love reading but my attention does then drift to my phone! It's very hard. Hate what we've all become with our phones!
