Wrong vinted item received - what's the likely outcome?

Received the wrong item from vinted seller. I've reported that "I have an issue" with some photos. But I've read that vinted is a bit crap for disputes. What's likely to happen? It's a low value item.

You'll have to return at your expense for a refund I think

Message the seller in the first instance. It could easily be a genuine mistake (selling multiple items and mixed up the codes/labels).
