Google search only throws up free Amazon Prime for VM subscribers in 2019, nothing more recent. Haven't heard anything about it here.

I am sorry to read that your husband reads the Daily Mail. I hope it was one left on a train and he did not have to pay for it.

Cannot answer the question I am afraid.

Lunamoon23 · 17/09/2024 20:46

Not true. I'm a VM user and pay for Amazon separately.

RhubarbBarBarber · 17/09/2024 22:46

He'll find out soon enough. Let him waste his time trying to get it to work. If he doesn't believe you maybe he'll believe Amazon customer services when he phones them up.

It is not free, but it is now available to subscribe to (unless you have an older version of tivo box). Hubby is either gonna be disappointed or he's trying to sneak it past you so you don't realise how much extra he's paying.

If you’re a Virgin Media customer armed with our V6 box (powered by TiVo®), Virgin TV 360 box or Stream from Virgin Media, you can get Prime Video direct on your telly once you’ve got a subscription to the service. Simply sign up to Prime Video via the website, and you can log in on the box.

One of my friends recently upgraded her Virgin package and they threw in either free netflix or Prime, can’t remember which one.

Davros · 17/09/2024 23:20

Netflix can be bundled in with VM. Not heard that about Amazon Prime

GenerousGardener · 17/09/2024 23:23

We are with Virgin Media and you defiantly don’t get Prime free. You have to subscribe to Amazon Prime on the web page or app, then you can log into it on Virgin Media.
