I need to take DS into Sheffield (Weston Park*)for 10 am, and pick him up again at 4.30pm. The journey door to door is about an hour and a half.
Rather than taking the whole day off to facilitate this, is there anywhere in the city centre I could work for a few hours?
I was planning on parking at Meadowhall and getting the tram to the University then walking the rest of the way. I used to live in Sheffield, I knew it reasonably well 20 years ago!
*he's doing work experience, he's not a patient. Yes I know he should be able to get himself there if he's old enough to do work experience, but he can't. He's an introverted country mouse. We're working on this, but this week is not the time.
