Hello, one of the rules for applying for ILR states that you can't be away from the UK for more than 180 days on a 12 month rolling basis. Take the following as an example:
First time enter UK: 1 Jan 2023 (this is visa clearance date)
Depart UK: 1 March 2023
Enter UK: 30 Sep 2023 and stayed thereafter without leaving UK
When is earliest date for applying for ILR? Is it 5 years from 30 Sep 2023 i.e. 30 Sep 2028 or can it be 3 April 2028 (since 3 April 2023 to 30 Sep 2023 is 180 days)?
