DH went to drop a return off for me, but the machine wasn't working properly, and wouldn't print the label. It wouldn't let him try again as it said it had already been used.
So he left the store with the parcel instead of speaking to an Asda person and just told me 'you gave me a code that had already been used', but now I've had an email saying the return has registered so obvs it did register the first time he scanned it. I've tried to contact the retailer to ask for a new code but they don't have a phone no and have their live chat switched off.
Does anyone know please if anyone at the Asda store would be able to help? It's really out of my way (hence DH taking it on the way to a work event), so I don't want to traipse all the way up there if there's nothing they can do!
