Fraud - someone's sent me underwear

A company I've never heard of have sent me about £200 worth of mens designer boxer shorts

I've not ordered them and my name and address is on them

I've sent an email to the company but it's a big company and googling suggests it takes 56 days for them to get back to me

I'm guessing someone's going to attempt to turn up and claim them? Even though it's my name and address on them ?

If you believe its fraud I'd report to non emergency police. If they do turn up say you know nothing about any parcel. Don't hand parcel over. Do you have a ring doorbell or similar?

I've reported it to action fraud and got a crime number and sent it the company

I'm assuming that no one will turn up and actually it's a bit more convoluted and they will change the address and order a big order

It's been delivered to my office and not my house, that's why I think no one will physically turn up and claim it's 'been sent to the wrong address' - added to which with my name and address on it there's no way I'm handing it over

Possibly a fraud/scam. Something recent happened to a friend of mine. A parcel delivered to the address where they work. They opened it. Contacted the company who posted it. That company is now trying to sue my friend's workplace for opening a parcel as it wasn't meant for them!

I expect you won't hear from them again seeing as you've notified them of the ActionFraud log.
