Tips for teen to chill out at night

DD13 was very sensory when little so loved slime, soft textures etc & could do with something similar now she’s older for half an hour or so while she settles down in bed to sleep. She now wears rings & fiddles with those - is there anything else fun or cool that I could get her/make for her? She also likes to listen to ASMR type stuff - are there any safe channels like that on streaming services like Spotify? I’m trying to find things to keep her hands busy while she listens to her Alexa at night to switch off/soothe.

Ismy this what a favourite soft toy is for? Dd still sometimes strokes her bunny's ears when she is trying to fall asleep.

What about knitting or crochet? Pre-sleep obviously!

My dd finds Lite Brite and Marvin’s Magic Glow Art relaxing and sensory. She also likes wax craft sticks, her Shashibo box, rotating magic beans, and an axolotl pick pad that we bought on eBay.
