Is there such a thing as a basic stretching class (that isn't yoga)

I hate yoga and hate pilates and hate anything mystical (hello tai chi). Would like to just be taken through a gentle stretching class that does not subscribe to any philosophy or deeper spiritual meaning. Does such a thing even exist?

What about callanetics Callanetics is an exercise system created by Callan Pinckney that uses small, precise movements to improve muscle tone and posture. It's known for its gentle but effective approach, focusing on strengthening the body's deeper muscles.

I used to love Callanetics. May need to investigate that again.

My local physio started doing a stretch class during covid. It's really good.

Still doing it 5 years later...

Pilates Anywhere tho it might have got renamed as Move, Restore...

Also does lots with Parkinson patients.

Also like Tom Merrick, Kelly Starett, Dynamic Cyclist, if you want cycling stretches....
