Daytime yawning/sleepiness

FT working mum of two (reception and year 4), 39 years old.

Have spent this year feeling largely exhausted, wiped out and yawning very frequently and also loudly (according to DH, bless him he's correct!) starting right in the morning and up till bed. Why though?

Bedtime is 10 pm to 6 am. Get full sleep except the 5 days before my period which arrives like clockwork every 26 days. those 5 days I take melatonin to sleep.

But bloody hell, come the morning I am yawning at my desk till my eyes water. Evenings I am always yawning like a loud banshee till I can sleep i would happily sleep at 9 pm! No time or energy or time did I say time to fit in exercise in between smalls and FT work.

NHS did full bloodwork in the summer - absolutely everything normal including Vitamin D, Ferritin, Haemoglobin, full blood count platelets white red cells etc. just checked results on app again as I've had history of bad vitamin D owing to brown skin but no - all bang on normal.

1047 am and all I can think of is going to sleep.

Please can someone shed light?

PS: I do not drink alcohol, do not consume caffeine and do not smoke. Diet could be better but is largely homemade lunch and dinner
