I am on ESA and have heard that everyone on legacy benefits will have to move to UC in the not too distant future (I haven't received the letter yet). My question is this - when I make the move to UC,will I have to be reassessed for my eligibility to ESA? I underwent a reassessment only 9 months ago,in January this year. I m reading conflicting information online,some says that you WILL be reassessed,yet others say that no,you don't have to be reassessed. I don't think I can go through all that again so soon! Has anyone have any experience of this?
