Universal credit. LCWRA couple both entitled? Work commitments

Hi.
I met my boyfriend in a social for our disability.
We are hoping to move in together very soon.

He claims UC already and is in the LCWRA group.

I get ESA and PIP but have got migration to UC letter.

So we figured with me swapping to UC would be the best time for him to move in.

As I am in tue ESA support group and on PIP I would be in the LCWRA group with no work commitments.

But I've been told in a couple only 1 person can claim LCWRA?

Does that mean the other person will have work commitments?

He cannot claim carers for me as someone else does my caring and I don't want to change that. I want him to be my partner, not carer

Any ideas? Thanks

You can both be awarded/found to have LCWRA but only one of you will get the extra money.
