Anxiety

My daughter is 17 and second year of college just started and its not going well. She's not happy and doesn't want to do anything at the moment. I know she will be fine in time but my anxiety is through the roof and I'm now very emotional and struggling to concentrate at work and home. How do I deal with helping my daughter and not get so upset and anxious myself. Any advice welcome 🙏

It’s her life, not yours, so you can offer a bit of advice but ultimately you leave her to it.
Have you addressed your anxiety, might peri menopause be creeping in?

I have always suffered with anxiety on and off myself but for a good few years I have been fine.

Possibly am early perimenopause but it is when one of my kids are unhappy I get consumed and probably become more sad than them 😢
