Exercise advice

I am very unfit and not at all strong! I'm 38 and I know that I should address this but I am very unsporty and uncoordinated and no idea what I could cope with.
I am a little underweight with a BMI that fluctuates between 17.5-18 - I don't have an ED I just don't have very good appetite and get full very easily.
So, with the above profile what type of exercise could mumsnet advise that I might not hate and might be able to actually do. Thank you!

Do you have a gym nearby you could join? You could try out the range of classes on offer and see what you like. You could also book some sessions with a personal trainer to help you learn how to use weights safely.

Couch to 5k is also super easy to try.
