Best and worse holidays

Currently on holiday and it isn’t really working. Just reflecting on holidays good and bad and want to hear your stories!

France! Weather is awful. Can’t be bothered scouring French markets and cooking meals. Just a bit fed up.

That's a shame , what's up with it ? Location , venue , company , or weather ?
My worse, was camping in a wet lake district and the campsite ( Coniston ) having a mini tornado like storm .

Worst - Pontins about 12 years ago wrecked happy memories of Pontins in the 1970s

Best - Chile want to see more of South America

Best- AI cruise to Norway. Brilliant mix of relaxing and active and my teens really enjoyed the freedom on the ship. Complete rest for me in terms of food or any type of organization.

Worst- Canal boat holiday. Was expecting it to be fab adventure but reality was just hard slog, physical exhaustion ( and injury) and boredom. Kids hated it so did I!!

Booked a very much needed break after arriving at Barcelona to very unhelpful easyJet staff sending my around in circles waiting for non existent coaches I was finally on the correct coach ,exhausted no air con and very hot , arrived feeling very faint to my hotel to realise my purse with all my cards and euros (the euros being all my spending money) was left in the coach ! We were the last drop off but somehow the coach company claimed they never found it !!!!
I was honestly devastated
