Green and red pepper, mushroom, black olives , sweetcorn, basil, onion, cheddar cheese and feta.
Balsamic glaze drizzled on top

@sprigatito I guess you're calling me boring. I don't, as it happens, but whatever.

I'm sure I can only dream of being as fascinating as you.

Fiorentina - if it's actually a good one with fresh , not previously frozen, spinach, a runny egg and actual pine nuts. But otherwise (as vanishingly few are as the above)...

Generally pepperoni, but if I'm creating my own 'personal' sized pizza, anchovies and extra cheese all the way!!

Thin crust stonebaked, pepperoni and hot honey, with a bit of marscapone and of course, lots of anchovies.

The absolute thinnest base its humanly possible to produce, tomato sauce, ham, really thinly sliced mushrooms and pineapple (preferably fresh pineapple pre grilled so it's a little bit charred). Then a really little bit of mozzarella. No other cheese. And it has to be eaten with a knife and fork and washed down with an icy Diet Coke.

Mushrooms and red onions.

Simonlebonbon · 13/09/2024 20:37

Brie with parma ham and rocket.

Roasted red onions and yellow peppers and garlic mushrooms with spinach.

If I'm being a filthy bastard the cheeseburger one from dominoes is amazing 🙈

Parma ham, mushroom & artichoke. Drool

Plus olives, I think that makes it a Quattro stagionne

Yakoo · 13/09/2024 20:45

Spinach, pepper and pineapple.

Don’t live near a pizza express but the egg one used to be my go to when I did.

WickWood · 13/09/2024 20:55

Oh lord, I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I've read every single one of these responses practically drooling! That's after having dominoes for tea last night and the leftovers for breakfast today!

Mine would be anything with goats cheese and olives or anything with seafood, especially anchovies, capers, tuna, mussels etc. Do also like nduja sausage and hot honey. I also like the pizza with egg on, but haven't had that since a holiday to France. Preferably on a thin and crispy base, or a jalapeño/cheese stuff crust... With garlic mayo dip. Yum!!

Ham, mushroom, peppers and onions. Any pizza is seriously elevated by the addition of onions. I used to love the double decker style pizzas with two really thin bases that had a layer of gooey cheese in between them and then all of your toppings on the top. Dominoes was good but our local filthy pizza shop did a cheaper rip off that was just stunning. Alas I'm trying to lose weight now....

Is that a bit like a calzone?

mrstiggywinkle23 · 13/09/2024 22:26

@Goody2ShoesAndTheFilthyBeast no it's definitely not a calzone, it's the size and shape of a pizza. Imagine two very thin bases on top of each other with cheese sauce in the middle then the tomato and other toppings on the top base.

I tried one once thinking it would be cheesy goodness. It was like wallpaper paste sandwiched between two cardboard discs. Never again.
