I've googled.
I've pressed the information button in the car. I've looked at the manual and can't find anything.
I've got a 3 year old
honda civic. what does this sign
mean which came
up on my dash just now?

It's the fuel filter light.

If it's orange like it looks in the picture, it's drivable. But you need to ring the garage and speak to them today about it.

Water in the fuel filter, either it needs draining or a new filter.
