I was born in 1995 and I had a book as a pre-teen that was definitely aimed at my demographic. There were 3 friends, I think bullies at their school. One of their mums had died and she was a bit wayward, she somehow ended up living in her house alone and becoming a prostitute with her other two friends until one of her friends was murdered by a punter. They lived next to a river and I think they sunk her body so it wasn’t found. I know this seems wild… I think about this book regularly and would love to read it again as I imagine it would not hold up in my adult brain but I cannot for the life of me find it online or remember what it was called. Anyone remember this book?
