Ok, I have been on a diet/healthy eating plan since April. I had five stone to lose and I’ve lost two and a half, so halfway there. I have not slipped up in any way the entire time and even if I have had a piece of cake I’ve worked it into my daily calories.
So the dilemma, I just want a cheat night where I can eat a big bowl of ice cream and not think about the calories! If I do this will it mess things up to much? I’ve become somewhat terrified of falling into old ways but would one night off really hurt?!
