To eat the ice cream?

Ok, I have been on a diet/healthy eating plan since April. I had five stone to lose and I’ve lost two and a half, so halfway there. I have not slipped up in any way the entire time and even if I have had a piece of cake I’ve worked it into my daily calories.

So the dilemma, I just want a cheat night where I can eat a big bowl of ice cream and not think about the calories! If I do this will it mess things up to much? I’ve become somewhat terrified of falling into old ways but would one night off really hurt?!

Have the ice cream.

It is about stopping after the ice cream and not thinking oh it is Friday tomorrow so I’ll have a cheat weekend and get back on it Monday. Monday comes oh I will get back in it Tuesday.

One off will do nothing.

Be proud of yourself for the weight loss!
