Am I being judgemental or what? 2 self styled naturists have been hanging out naked in my town, a man and a woman, and I do feel particularly affronted because there it is all hanging out in front of all the local kids and it was obvious people felt uncomfortable especially at the cafe they stopped in at.
When I protested I got a right mouthful and told I am "ill". But quite frankly I think kids should be able to go to the shops without being confronted by naked people, it's bloody freezing as well,.I've got 2 jumpers on.They are posting pics of themselves all over the local facebook pages of their "lifestyle".
The joke of it is I am a naturist myself but I keep my fat backside within the confines of my club and only go there when it's warm to sunbathe, enjoy the summer and swim - they have a lovely pool. The rest of the time I have my clothes on.
You would not catch me walking naked through the high street. A lot of us older naturists are pretty conservative like that.
I feel really cross about it and I don't normal allow myself to be bothered by what other people do but there is a bloody limit.

I was walking along a beach during a particularly bitter winter in Canada, trying out my new thermal padded ski jacket. My mother was visiting, so she had joined me on the walk. The issue here is context. Sunbathing nude in your own garden, skinny dipping during an organised event, attending a naturist club - great! Sunbathing nude in the kids’ play park, skinny dipping at the local leisure centre and rocking up naked to the vicar’s tea party - decidedly not great. So this couple are challenging social norms? How ridiculous - queer theory in action! Sometimes social norms are in place for a bloody good reason.

Meh. Bodies are just bodies and I’m not fussed. I agree there are potential hygiene issues, but as long as they are addressed, I actually think it would be a good thing if no one gave a damn. Coincidentally that would also stop it being a kink for anyone, as the sense of it being transgressive would not be there anymore.

I've been outed it is Glastonbury. You might think this kind of thing goes on all the time but it doesn't really, a few people go swimming naked in the white springs but don't stay in there very long as the water is so cold it burns your skin after a few minutes.

Surprisingly not. Mostly dreadlocks and new age clothing. I've never seen anyone naked on the high street before. It wasn't me that rung the police BTW.
