Ryanair

Hi, alarmingly long time since we’ve flown anywhere so I feel a bit out of touch! We’re looking at doing a few days away at half term and I keep going round in circles looking at Ryanair prices as I’m not sure whether the deals they have now are as good as it’s going to get, or might go down if I hold my nerve. Anyone know if they’re likely to reduce or just go up?

Generally, it gets more expensive the closer you get to the date you're after. Seems quite unfair to me. It costs the airline (train company / gig promoter (yes, I know)) the same to carry you.

I'm also well out of the loop though. I haven't flown - or even been away. Must pull my finger out.

Enjoy your break.

Put the flight details into AirHint. It will tell you if the price is good or likely to go down.

Thanks both! They’re pretty cheap as it stands anyway…it’s just that once you times it by four and add all the taxes, it’s still a lot of money, which is why we end up never flying. Need to grit my teeth and pay up!
