Is it worth telling the vendor how much we really want the house?

We accepted an offer on our house last week( its been up for sale 14 weeks) the whole time we’ve been looking for a house.
Last night we saw on right move that a house had been re added after an offer being accepted in June. I called the estate agent this morning and they said the vendor currently isn’t looking to take viewing as the sale only fell through yesterday.
This house is perfect for us, the exact location we want, just everything we want in a house, we’re almost guaranteeing we will offer the asking there and then at the viewing, we just want to have a little look.
Is it worth calling the estate agent in the morning to ask them to tell the vendor how we’re really interested in the house and we’re serious about making an offer and already have a offer accepted on ours, we’ve instructed a solicitor for both selling out house and buying another, or is that just being too pushy? We just really want this house, we’ve drove past it so many times and can’t imagine not putting an offer in after the viewing, or should we give the vendor some time

A bit odd that the house is back on Rightmove if the owner isn’t wanting viewings?

I would say no harm in asking.

Ask MNHQ to move this to the Property thread. You'll get a better response.

I would phone up every day until the vendor is ready! You want to be the only viewer.

The estate agent isn't doing a good job here.

I'd strike a sensible balance. Express a serious interest and that you have a sale on your house lined up, but equally no dont desperately hound them about how much you love the house - that will scupper you on negotiating the price
