As you might have guessed from my title, I have ordered an item from a company called Dusk and it's not arrived, with nothing from the company. I Trust Pilot checked the company before buying and it was mostly decent, but since then, ratings have plummeted with several people apparently in the same boat as me. 😑😑 I wrote to their customer service and got an auto reply back saying they're having "operational difficulties."
Anyone had any experience of this company? I really don't want to kiss goodbye to £300 and am sick of being without a table!
