Is this a bullseye bite mark?

This is DPs arm, it started last night as a white lump, it got bigger and hotter and now he's saying it feels tight.

Looks more like an allergic reaction to me. Has he taken an antihistamine?

Ah that's a relief thank you for the sense and reassurance. I have a newborn and my grandmother passed yesterday so I'm probably just a bit anxious. Thank you

Id say try an antihistamine and slap some Germolene on it and see how it goes.

No it doesn't, it looks like a mild wheal and flare which is an allergic reaction. I'd try antihistamine cream and maybe a tablet. See a pharmacist if it persists.
