Help with Vinted please

I sent the wrong item to a buyer! I issued a return so the buyer can send it back to me (that I paid for) but they don’t know what they need to do, as they have not been sent a label. Here is the screenshot saying the buyer will send back the parcel, but there is no link to the label I bought. Can anyone help?

Vinted should send them the returns label. It'll be on the chat thread. They just need to click to print it, or scan at the shop.

Its definitely not on the chat thread 😫
