What new car to buy?

We currently have a Discovery Sport 6 years and a Hyundai Tuscun 6 years. Looking to trade both cars in and drop down to one car. Budget £20/30k. Not sure to get another Land Rover or Hyundai.

Any suggestions on cars that are suitable for rural living. We sometimes drive off road. Cup holders and seat warmers are a must.

Are you buying new new or second hand?

Can you give a better spec of what you want? Reliability? Boot space? Passenger space? Fuel efficiency? Not too big?

I found watching YouTube car reviews was very helpful when I last got a car.

I would give LR a miss. Their reliability is shocking now. I say that as a life long Landrover owner. I have just switched to Audi and can't see myself going back.

@Sprig1 Audi are lovely cars. A lot of people say the same about LR that's what makes me nervous about them.

@parietal not a new car, maybe a car around 1/3 years old. Definitely needs to be a good robust and reliable car. Good boot size, would consider a 7 seater like I have with the discovery. Not got a clue about the fuel aspect tbh. Not a massive car. Not automatic would prefer a manual. Never thought about YouTube for cars, Thanks for that tip.

Skoda Karoq or Kodiaq. Both come in 2 or 4 wheel drive and the Kodiaq comes as a 5 or 7 seater.
