Does this look like a spider bite?

My mum has this appear on Saturday while gardening, didn't think much of it but it is becoming bigger and more sore

Does it look like a spider bite?

She's or to the pharmacy this morning

Never seen a spider bite but could it possibly be a tick bite. Becoming more common in the uk.

Tick more likely

Could be tick, or also horse fly bite. Second can be really sore, and can get infected- but usually clears up in a week or two with cream.

If possibly a tick should go to the docs and get antibiotics as that ring formation can indicate limes. Better/ easier to treat early/ provocatively than retrospectively.
