I'm planning a trip to Edinburgh Zoo for the 4 yo. We're coming from the Newcastle direction, currently thinking of coming up on Saturday morning, having a day at the Zoo (bringing picnic lunch then early evening meal at one of the restaurants there), staying at a Premier Inn, maybe looking at the Castle on Sunday before driving back.
Any advice much appreciated - any ways of saving cash, or particularly brilliant places to visit or stay? Many thanks in advance.
