Bra misery

I've been off sick for 5 months with a spinal injury. I'm getting better and going back to work soon. Then remembered I'll have to wear a bra again. I haven't worn one for months.
I tried one on and it felt like a straight jacket. I HATE IT.
I'm not a person that can get away without a bra, only with a big jumper over it which isn't an option in my job as I wear a uniform. No jumpers allowed.
I'm absolutely dreading it. My uniform. Recently has been tracksuit or leggings, tea shirt or leggings and no bra.
I've tried all the pull on ones and they are no good.
Has anyone found a bralet that actually holds them up?

Just wear a non wired bra? Or bravissimo have bralets

I'm sorry for all that you've been though, OP.

Have you tried sports bras?
I know you don't like the pull-on ones but what about the front-zip ones?

These days, I only wear sports bras. Fuck normal bras for a game of soldiers.

M& S front zip sports bra, super comfortable. You might want to size up in the band as they are meant to compress you for less jiggle during sports
