This amused me this morning, I’m sure we’ve all done it though, what’s your biggest email fail?
Mine was CCing instead of BCCing a couple of hundred customers. Most don’t notice or care but there’s always a couple that contact the data protection ombudsman and shout a lot 😕

I accidentally emailed the CEO of a national house building firm a dirty joke meme. From my work address. He was a client.

He had the same first name and close second name to the person I meant to send it to.

I was mortified. Apologised.

He took it well - luckily!
