Does anywhere do nice healthy readymeals in supermarket?

Am signing upto a meal delivery service, but for some reason they all seem to start on a Sunday and I don't want to wait a week.

Ate there any healthy ready meals in any stores I can buy for a week?

Does anywhere near you sell the cooks range? They are pretty good

The protein frozen range in Aldi is really good!
