Is anyone around to offer a gentle hand hold?

I'm having an awful time at the moment and would be very grateful for some company.

Ach I'm sorry @anxietyaardvark ..

I hope today goes as well as it can.

The drive today was fine in the end. I listened to the radio the whole way there and back for company and it helped to give me other things to think about and I actually feel so much calmer than I have done in days.

I'm knackered and looking forward to a bit of sleep and getting stuck in again tomorrow.

OP I understand how scary some things can be, I have spent days of my life with ridiculous levels of anxiety about things similar to opening scary letters.

But i can’t remember one thing that was as bad as I was imagining it would be once I had worked up enough courage to do it.

The letters might not contain good news - but I bet you’ll feel better once they’re open because the anxiety of not know will be gone and you can make steps to fix things.

I hope things get better for you soon, you sound like you have a lovely family :)

Yay for a good day!! When you go to sleep, tell yourself that tomorrow is going to be a really good day. Train your brain x

@FatmanandKnobbin the cafe T Montacute House in Somerset has one of those. It looks fab. They have it outside.
