Started end of August and feeling particularly bad the last few days. Eyes itchy and streaming, can't stop sneezing. Never had it so bad 😭

My hayfever has been bad this week as well and it’s usually finished by the end of July. Perhaps something to do with this strange weather we Are having. I would recommend the pirizenze nasal spray - it’s been a game changer for me

Mine has been bothering me this month too! It was ok for most of the year so far and I had been feeling a little smug.

Thanks for reminding me I need to take an antihistamine!

Autumnal moulds, damp weather, fungi, decaying leaves and other materials, can all contribute to allergic rhinitis. Even shoes gone mouldy in a cupboard, can set it off.
Ive been worse this last few days. Wherein lies the answer? It’s so annoying.

Yeah I've been actually fine so far, normally I suffer in march with the tree pollen. We have hot and cold weather and lots of rain the last few days.
