I will continue to make meals.for my family but it's complex (allergies and autism/ARDID) means the family meals aren't always the greatest meals for wrigjtloss (often geared to weigh gain tbh)
And after everything else I cba making a whole other meal for myself.
Works out about £5 a meal and I'd probably make lunch and have 1 meals in the evening so £35 a week, not too bad.
My heads in a really shit place right now and it would just be a stepping stone.
