I'm 42 and determined to finally get in shape. Bought myself 2 sets of 2.5 kg and feel really motivated to exercise. I've heard great things about Caroline Girvan and how her workouts have changed people's shapes.
I would like to know how long before you noticed a difference? With diet, the difference is almost immediate once I start reducing calories but I know that exercise is different. I need to change my mindset and know that it won't be for a while...but how long did it take for you to notice a difference in your shape (that wasn't just diet)?
