Need some new trainers - recommendations please!

I am in desperate need of some new trainers for the autumn and winter, and just don't know where to look - there's too much choice!

I have been wearing my skechers now for a long time and they are very comfy but I need a new pair. I tend to get white trainers from Next but white isn't really appropriate for winter.

I have Hoka and they are the most comfortable I've ever had. I loved my new balance but the Hoka are a million times better!!

Are they for fashion or jogging/running sport? If the latter, you need to go somewhere like Runners Needs and run on a treadmill and get them to advise you what suits your foot type. Or if that's impossible, Brooks has a good feature on its website to help you work out what sort of trainer you need.

If you just want a fashion trainer for walking around, just whatever you like the look of from any reputable brand?
