Oasis tickets part 2

Apologies if there's another thread I've missed but the discussion continues as the brothers deny all knowledge of surge pricing, or rather claim they thought it would result in lower prices for fans - yeah, right!

In answer to the person's question on the last thread I did get acknowleged as entered in the ballot

No email for us and we tried to get tickets for Wembley on 26th. Got through to get tickets but they disappeared and only mega expensive ones left.

I'm getting a sign that the universe doesn't want us to see Oasis!

I got an email and my SIL got one as well so I’m just about to register. We were lucky enough to get 4 tickets but at the ‘premium’ price (£230 for seats) so we are going to try again for cheaper tickets and if we get them then sell the others (for what we paid, I don’t scam people like Oasis do 🤣).

I did the same for Taylor Swift, managed to get tickets in the first sale but then was lucky enough to get cheaper, better seats for the second lot of Wembley dates so sold the first lot. But we have to get into the ballot first

I got the email and have now registered with oasismynet - apparently now you get another email to confirm your registration? Has anyone received that second email yet?

Hmm I did this but haven't had my 2nd email (answer was 2009 right?). Hopefully it'll come through eventually

I registered this morning about 2 hours ago and received the confirmation email about 30 mins ago so think there is a bit of a delay

I was signed in and got offered the £355 surge priced standing tickets, no email for me. To be fair, I've got the ick with the whole thing, so I don't think I'm going to try again.

I received the email and have registered. No confirmation yet. I was in the ticket master and then a venue queue for over 6 hours on the 31st August. There's no guarantee that I'll get a code for this ballot - but worth trying I guess. Can only get two tickets if successful though.

It's anyone who signed into their TM account to try and get tickets.

I don't think so; I was signed in for Wembley and nothing left.

Just make this the last time these questions have to be asked. Ban certain practices for large scale stadium events. If prices had to be fixed for even the first month after going on sale, that could be enough.

I suppose the Gallagher brothers would know about fair weather fans, after all thousands descend upon a place just outside of Manchester about 20 times a year wearing red shirts. Unlike them who still followed the team in light blue even in the third tier.

Just had my entry confirmed. It’s odd though since I don’t think I went through to a queue for a specific event. I really didn’t stay in long at all before dh came along and said oasis are twats with only two good songs..
