I tried it for a short while to help insomnia. I had watched a Michael Mosley documentary about it. It did improve my sleep almost immediately, but I felt constantly nauseous on it, so stopped. Keep thinking I will try it again, but start with a smaller dose and see if that helps.

For what purpose?

I used it for 'fiber'. I was taking a lot of casein and it really clogged things up. Seemed to help!
