Stinky juice in car carpet

Watermelon juice got spilled in the floor in my car recently and left for a while (thanks ds). The juice had heated up in the hot weather and now it stinks. I have cleaned it a number of times, but the smell lingers.

Can anyone advise how to clean this so my car no longer stinks of rotten fruit please?

I'd take it to be professionally cleaned.

Febreeze it just before it's new owner comes to view it. Car carpets cling onto smells like their lives depend on it.

Clean with a "dry clean" spray ( home bargains etc, towel dry , cat litter ( it absorbs damp and smell) leave as long as you can , vacuum out, reheat with cat litter if smell lingers
