I work in adult education and have just got my timetable for this year which, as usual, has a lots of gaps in it where I normally just drink coffee and scroll mindlessly! This year I am determined to do something more useful so I was looking for a yoga course near work (I have a 2 hour gap between lessons). I cant find one at a suitable time but there IS a Feldenkrais course. After much googling, I am still not sure what this is and what it does for you - has anyone tried it?
