Vinted refund question

I bought a necklace on vinted, it arrived broken.

Started return process on Vinted and posted it back. Tracked postage so I can see it was delivered.

Now Vinted says I will be refunded once seller "confirms they have received the return"... It's been 2 weeks and they're obviously not intending to do that

What happens next, is there anything I can do? It's only £20 but so irritating.

Contact vinted again, they'll look into for you. If the seller is saying they haven't received the return then it'll be counted as lost which means you'll both get your money back.

If you still get nowhere with Vinted, you can call your bank and raise an inquiry on the amount.

You'll almost certainly get your money back. Vinted gives the seller a certain amount of time to confirm and if they don't, and vinted can see it's been delivered, they will refund.
