It’s well after the start-up period so subject to minimum income floor.
Profits have been falling due to factors outside my control, and now under MIF. If I decide to stop trying to make it work and dedicate my time to looking for employment instead would I still be subject to the MIF? Would I somehow have to prove that I’m NOT gainfully self-employed? Its only been a little bit under for a few months but that’s because I’ve been working 60 hours a week instead of the 30 that my MIF is based on, it’s just not sustainable and making me ill.
