An evening in Blackpool

Is it worth going yo blackpool gor just a couple of hours to see the lights. Just dh and me. We are staying in preston and could get a train.

Absolutely! DH & I have done this numerous times (we travelled from Liverpool) It's great fun! We would get fish & chips and go to the arcades too but that's up to you. Just seeing the lights is fab IMO. 😊

OMG maybe we shouldn't have gone on a Friday night. It was awful...so lairy. I felt really uncomfortable walking down from the train station. Walked along the pier and that was nice but had been really put off by then so only walked a bit along the prom.
