Anyone using Wegovy for weight loss been overwhelmed by lethargy and weakness?

I only took my first dose 5 days ago,and today I feel absolutely overwhelmed with lethargy. Not tiredness as in I want to sleep,just a feeling of weakness,like my arms and legs are made of lead. I've read that this can be one of the rarer side effects. I've not had any other side effects such as nausea or diarrhoea. I tried Ozempic a couple of years ago and got on fine with that,and I thought that Wegovy was the same active ingredient,just in a slightly different dose. Has anyone else had this with Wegovy, and if so,does it pass?

Try the weight loss section on here, lots of threads about it. I am definitely more tired/wipe out, but I couldn't say it's exactly how you're describing. It's very early days for you though.
