Property porn - £9 million for a London house with no garden

I’ve been unwell recently and have developed a new hobby of browsing really expensive houses in posh areas of London. In particular around Sloan Sq/Chelsea there are lots of multi multi million pound houses with tons of bedrooms and no gardens. I just wonder who would spend all that money on a house with no garden?

Here’s one for almost £9 mill and it just has a tiny courtyard. I’m not a big garden user (grew up without one and now I have one I don’t use very much) but it’s nice to have the option and I don’t get spending that much money on a property that didn’t have one.

Actually I don't think that's a bad price at all. I see the maids room is a bit tiny! Stamp duty of just under £1m!!!!!
My DD went to school in Belgravia and many of the (much smaller) terrace houses near her (other side of Sloane Square) were around £6-7m, this is almost reasonable!
