Hi, we’re planning a renovation/remodelling of our home, like a new extension roof, new bathroom, en-suite room and new floors…
We have some savings built over years, but not enough for all the jobs that need doing. We’re unable to remortgage just yet, as we’re locked in for another few years.
Would a secured loan be an option? We’re hoping to create a new en-suite and rent out the room, The rent would easily cover loan repayment.
would a secured loan affect future remortgaging to a new deal?
