Baby feeding more at night than day

7mo girl 1st baby. Formula fed (Aptamil pepti 1 - soon to trial introducing CM again).

Around 5-6 months managed a week of sleeping through without feeds (still woke for comfort), since starting solids more regularly is now drinking milk little and often in day (3-4oz x5) but 2 bigger bottles at night (5-6oz). Growing and developing well. We make up 6oz bottles at each feed which are warm.

  1. Is there anyway to encourage larger feeds in the day rather than night (6-7oz 3-5x a day)?

  2. Is this related to starting solids and is there anything I could change there to help her sleep through?

  3. Do you think it could improve if we are able to reintroduce cows’ milk?

Your baby is going through huge developmental change. What problem are you trying to solve here? All is well and totally normal.
