Returning Faulty LARGE items

Bought a pair of sunloungers from Wilko online. Got them built up and noticed about a week later when they are side-by-side that they do not match (the rattan pattern is different on each lounger).

They offered £10 compensation, which I have refused, and I have now told them that am rejecting them, and require a refund or replacement.

They are asking for them to be dismantled and repackaged. This will be a HUGE job. They took hours to build up, and there's no way they will fit back into the packaging (hasn't been kept), so I would need to buy packaging specially.

What are my rights when the items are faulty?

I imagine they work as loungers. Are they that bad? I would keep the loungers and the £10. Can we see a picture of them to see how different they are?

I ordered a table and chairs from the range that were supposed to come together. Had the chairs for 2 weeks and used them whilst I waited for the table to turn up. The table turned up damaged and they had no more in stock. So I was left with chairs and no matching table. I really kicked off about it and they agreed to refund all the items. I had no packaging for the chairs. I literally wrapped them in bin bags and taped them up. I got my refund and never heard anymore from them.

Well, I suppose they aren't that bad, but I just want them to be right. They were £300 and sold as a pair, not singly, so expect them to match. The £10 is neither here nor there tbh.

One is stripes of different coloured rattan, the other is just random pattern. It is noticeable.

Yes, they come as a pair, with a little table as a set. They should match.

If I had bought two separate loungers, I could understand they might not match.

At £300 I guess I would want them to be right too!
